- /ru/angels — the Startupland angel syndicate and a public catalog of angels who opted in

Every record carries a verification flag:
- VERIFIED_BY_COMPANY — data confirmed by the company itself
- OPEN_SOURCES — data collected from cited open sources
Source URLs are listed on each profile and in the API.

## Machine-readable API (public, read-only, CORS enabled)

- /api/v1/startups — JSON list of published startups (paginated: ?page=&per_page=)
- /api/v1/investors — JSON list of published investors
- /api/v1/deals — JSON list of published deals with startup, investors, round, amount_usd (null = undisclosed) and source_urls
- /api/v1/facts — Why Kyrgyzstan: verified facts on advantages and growth gaps, each with cited sources (name, publisher, date, url)
