StartupBlink names Kyrgyzstan best in Asia Pacific for taxation

At ICT Week in Tashkent, the High Technology Park received a StartupBlink award: Kyrgyzstan placed first in Asia Pacific in the taxation category of the Innovators Business Environment Index 2026.

Overall, the country is 84th of 125 on that index. In the Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2026 it is 110th in the world, nine places lower than a year ago, and third in Central Asia.
