The Tamchy zone opens with its first five residents

President Sadyr Japarov opened the Tamchy special financial investment territory on Issyk-Kul. The first residents are five companies: SkyBridge Digital Finance, Thunes, Victory Securities, Onchain Technologies and Serim.

The territory offers 49 years of zero rates on profit tax, dividends, capital gains and VAT. Disputes are resolved on English-law principles. The forecast for 2035 is more than 3,900 companies and 10,000 jobs. These are plans for now, and one business centre is operating today.
